Water Proofing
Inspection: Our first step is to conduct a thorough inspection of the building or structure. We’ll assess the areas where water is most likely to penetrate, such as roofs, walls, and foundations. We’ll also look for signs of existing water damage, such as mold, rot, or stains.
Proposal and Contract: Based on the inspection, we’ll create a proposal that outlines the scope of work, pricing, and timeline. Once the proposal is accepted, we’ll create a contract that outlines the terms of the project, including payment terms, start and end dates, and a detailed description of the work to be performed.
Preparation: Before we begin waterproofing, we’ll prepare the surfaces by cleaning and repairing any damage. We may also need to remove existing waterproofing materials that are no longer effective.
Waterproofing Application: We use a variety of techniques and materials to waterproof buildings and structures, depending on the specific needs of each project. These may include coatings, membranes, sealants, and drainage systems. We’ll apply these materials with precision and attention to detail to ensure maximum effectiveness.
Final Inspection: Before we consider the project complete, we’ll perform a final inspection to ensure that the waterproofing is applied correctly and effectively. We may also conduct water testing to ensure that the building is fully protected from water intrusion.
Client Satisfaction: Our top priority is our client’s satisfaction with our work. We’ll ensure that the client is happy with the finished product and address any concerns they may have.
